Workshop on Frontier Science Using Soft X-Rays at the APS

A workshop on Frontier Science Using Soft X-Rays at the APS was held August 5-6, 2004 at the Advanced Photon Source. We welcome both experts and beginners in the field. The goals of the workshop are to identify future directions in scientific research using soft x-ray techniques, particularly in the areas of angle resolved photoemission and soft x-ray scattering. In addition to plenary talks, the workshop provides opportunity for the participants to present new ideas for future research programs that they plan to bring to the APS.
